We are still taking new patients!

We continue to experience very high demand and are scheduling around six months out.

HOWEVER, there is a good chance you will be seen sooner than six months because we are working both a waitlist and a cancellation list every single day. We do this because, unlike most other doctor’s offices, we refuse to follow the industry standard of double or triple booking appointment slots to account for no shows. This allows us to, mostly, run on schedule. It also means we take no shows VERY seriously.

Here’s how the process works:

2. Select option 2 (front desk) in the phone menu.

3. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER, PLEASE, LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. WE PROMPTLY RETURN EVERY VOICEMAIL WE RECEIVE!

Your name will be added to our waitlist if we don’t have an immediately available appointment.

Our staff calls the waitlist on a first come, first served basis to schedule your appointment, which will be about six months out. Scheduling this appointment allows you to fill out your new patient questionnaires in the patient portal and secures your appointment at that day and time.

Once your new patient questionnaires are filled out, we automatically add you to our cancellation list. When a new patient slot becomes available in our schedule, our staff will call the cancellation list on a first come, fist served basis. We work these lists and move people’s appointments up daily, so if you want it to, it’s very possible that your appointment will get moved up sooner!

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: Your new patient questionnaires must be completed in the patient portal in order to be added to the cancellation list or to be seen for your first appointment! Assistance is available to those who need it. Just communicate this request to our staff.
