When it comes to dining out, making responsible choices isn’t always an easy option, especially here in Oklahoma City. However, amid all of our platter-sized chicken fried steaks and delicious taco shops, OKC isn’t short on some amazing health-conscious restaurants. Here are just a few of our favorites:


Plant OKC

This Midtown cafe opened its doors in August of 2019 and has since been providing Oklahoma City with a wide range of plant-based menu options. Cheers to all of our vegan and vegetarian friends! Plant promises its guests that everything is made fresh, in-house, and sourced locally and organically as much as possible. Additionally, the restaurant is a gluten free facility.

Flower Child

This national brand opened its first Oklahoma location at Classen Curve in August of this year, and ever since it was announced we’ve been excited to give it a try! Flower Child’s menu is filled with bowls, wraps, grains and more that will satisfy any craving. Additionally, all ingredients are locally sourced and farm fresh. They also offer a selection of organic wine and beer – who’s up for happy hour?!

Nourished Food Bar

In a hurry, but don’t want to ruin your diet? This Downtown OKC establishment is the answer to your grab-and-go style lunch needs. Nourished Food Bar prides themselves in offering their guests clean eats with a menu filled with hearty salads, soups, snacks/bites. A majority of the ingredients are sourced locally and change depending on seasonality.
