COVID-19 has now become an unavoidable fact of life. All of us must do what we can to slow the transmission of this virus, or in other words, to flatten the curve.
To protect our patients, staff, and our community from the continuous spread of COVID-19, we will not be seeing any patients in the clinic. The good news is, we are still taking new patients and seeing existing ones through Virtual Visits.
So… What now?
As of now, we do not have an end date for this policy. There’s just not enough information out there yet. We will keep it in effect until transmission rates have reduced and we feel it’s safe for all parties to resume in-clinic visits. Since this situation is still very fluid, we will make sure to communicate to all of our patients as things progress.
Note about prescriptions: Because we are not seeing patients in the clinic, we will not be able to dispense medications. During our Virtual Visits, we will verify your preferred pharmacy and will electronically route all prescriptions there until we are able to get back to normal operations.
