COVID-19 has now become an unavoidable fact of life. All of us must do what we can to slow the transmission of this virus, or in other words, to flatten the curve.

To protect our patients, staff, and our community from the continuous spread of COVID-19, we have enacted the following rules:

1. Every person who enters the clinic is required to properly wear masks at all times. There are no exceptions to this rule.

2. We kindly ask that you do not bring any guests or children, unless they are there for medical assistance.
